What we keep, and why.
Nokturnal Afterhours collects an application so staff can review whether a player fits THE RUN 30+. The record includes contact details, basketball background, schedule, location preference, and how you heard about the club.
Application consent is required and stored with its own timestamp. Marketing consent and filming consent are optional, stored separately, and each keeps its own timestamp. Saying yes to one does not say yes to the other.
If a link includes campaign parameters or a referral code, those values are stored with the application so the club can later measure source, acceptance, registration, attendance, and recorded revenue. Member dashboards show referral counts only.
A first-party visitor id is stored in a cookie so the club can count a landing view, an application start, an age confirmation, and a submitted application. Those counts stay in this database. No third-party analytics service is connected.
Applications, payments, and attendance are visible to staff. They are not published. Video files are not stored in this application. A highlight is an approved external URL.
Staff status changes are written to an audit log with a timestamp. Card checkout and transactional email are prepared and stay disconnected until the club connects them. Marketing consent is stored separately and is never used to send an application, invitation, payment, reminder, or cancellation message. A private note after a run is visible to staff only. It is not published as a testimonial. The door code is a random token. It does not contain a name, email, or phone number.
An under-30 submission is rejected and is not stored.
